Corporate teams can now manage more of their app experience directly from the CMS.
This update applies differently depending on the type of app your chain uses. Corporate App users get access to corporate push notifications, loyalty program content management, and broader app customization. Multihotel App users can now manage selected look & feel elements from the CMS.
The result is more autonomy for corporate teams, fewer support tickets, and faster updates across the app.
Reach Corporate App users with push notifications

Corporate teams using Corporate App can now create, segment, and send corporate push notifications directly from the CMS, without needing a CRM integration. They can also track what happens after each notification is sent.
Until now, push notifications depended on an integrated CRM. With this update, hotel chains can reach app users across their portfolio directly from STAY, using notifications to promote offers, drive bookings, and bring users back to the app.
Each notification lets you define the content, including title, body, image, and CTA, and segment the audience by device region.
Teams can also track four key performance metrics: targeted users, notifications sent, notifications opened, and CTA taps.
This gives teams clear insight into what works best, from messaging and CTAs to timing, so corporate notifications become a measurable channel that keeps improving over time.

Refresh your app experience whenever you need

Corporate App and Multihotel App users can now update key look & feel elements directly from the CMS.
This helps corporate teams move faster when they need to refresh the app experience, without opening a support ticket for every change.
For Multihotel App users, this update gives direct control over selected look & feel elements, such as home images and texts.
For Corporate App users, the CMS offers broader control over the app experience, helping teams adapt the app across the chain with more autonomy, from promoting offers to adjusting content widgets.
Keep loyalty perks and rewards up to date

Teams with a Corporate App integrated with a loyalty program can now manage the Rewards section directly from the CMS.
This includes adding or editing tiers, benefit descriptions, terms and conditions, and promotional assets. Changes go live immediately, with no engineering required.
This matters because loyalty programs are not static. Tiers change, seasonal benefits come and go, terms get updated, and promotional assets need refreshing.
With this improvement, loyalty teams can keep content aligned with what guests see in the app, without relying on technical teams for every update.
