STAY + Hotelkit
Hotelkit is a platform which provides to hotels organizational tools to better manage their Housekeeping teams and boost their productivity. Its main focus is digitizing all aspects of the hotel’s housekeeping operations and integrating them with the PMS in order to enable features such as real time notifications about each room’s status.
How does the integration work?
The integration between STAY and Hotelkit allows STAY to send Hotelkit all maintenance, housekeeping and amenities requests created by guests using STAY on their phones.
Once the requests have been received by Hotelkit, the hotel can manage like they normally do with requests received in Hotelkit from any other channels. Hotelkit sends STAY all changes made to the requests and STAY can send push notifications to guests informing them about the change of status in their requests.
- STAY becomes an additional channel from which maintenance, housekeeping and amenities requests can arrive at Hotelkit.
- The hotel can keep using Hotelkit to manage all requests of this kind.
- The guest receives real time notifications for every change of status in his/her requests.
