STAY + HotSOS

HotSOS is Amadeus’s task management platform, and one of the most widely used tools by chains and hotels all over the world. Their products help hotels streamline their workflows and processes, simplify their operations and, above all, improve the level of service they provide to their guests.

How does the integration work?

The integration between STAY and HotSOS allows STAY to send HotSOS all maintenance, housekeeping and amenities requests created by guests using STAY on their phones.

Once the requests have been received by HotSOS, the hotel can manage like they normally do with requests received in HotSOS from any other channels. HotSOS sends STAY all changes made to the requests and STAY can send push notifications to guests informing them about the change of status in their requests.
