What does this integration do?

This integration connects STAY with Twistic Digital to synchronize each hotel’s entertainment and activity calendars automatically. The same information displayed on Twistic’s digital totems is also available in the in-stay app, ensuring guests can check daily programs and events from their mobile device.

It provides hotels with a unified way to share real-time entertainment schedules, reducing effort for staff and improving the guest experience.

How does the integration work?

Twistic Digital provides updated event and activity calendars for each hotel. STAY retrieves this information and publishes it in the in-stay app at scheduled times throughout the day (8:00, 13:00, and 18:00 UTC).

If updates are made between these intervals, the app continues displaying the latest version received until the next refresh. This ensures consistent, accurate information across both digital totems and the in-stay app.
