STAY + Knowcross by Unifocus

Knowcross is a Task Management solution which belongs to the Unifocus group. It is one of the leaders of its industry, and is specially present among US hotel chains. Their products help hotels improve the management of their daily tasks such as room cleaning or maintenance jobs in order to increase the efficiency of their workforce, and specially, to improve the level of service provided to guests.

How does the integration work?

The integration between STAY and Knowcross allows STAY to send Knowcross all maintenance, housekeeping and amenities requests created by guests using STAY on their phones.

Once the requests have been received by Knowcross, the hotel can manage like they normally do with requests received in Knowcross from any other channels. Knowcross sends STAY all changes made to the requests and STAY can send push notifications to guests informing them about the change of status in their requests.
