      What does this integration do?
This integration connects the Salesforce Marketing Cloud's SDK with the STAY 360 app, enabling hotel chains to send targeted push notifications to loyalty members directly from their CRM.
Messages appear as push notifications and are also logged in the app’s inbox, including a title, description, image, and an action button that links to a specific offer or page inside or outside the app.
How does the integration work?
When a user logs into the STAY 360 app with their loyalty credentials, the SDK links their app profile with the hotel’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud account.
This allows marketing teams to use Salesforce’s segmentation and automation capabilities, such as loyalty tier, market, or guest behavior, to send personalized notifications that encourage engagement, bookings, and repeat stays.
