What does this integration do?
This integration connects STAY with Acttiv to automatically display each hotel’s entertainment and activity schedule in the in-stay app. Guests can easily explore daily programs of activities and evening shows from their mobile device, with all content updated several times a day.
It provides hotels with an effortless way to keep guests informed and engaged during their stay, without the need for manual updates or duplicate content management.
How does the integration work?
Acttiv sends detailed information about each day’s activities and shows, including titles, descriptions, locations, and images. STAY receives and publishes this content automatically in the app, ensuring guests always have access to the latest information.
Daytime and evening programs are synchronized separately, with titles available in Spanish, English, and German. Locations and images are displayed exactly as provided by Acttiv, keeping the data accurate and aligned with each hotel’s on-site programming.
The integration updates automatically three times per day at 8:00, 13:00, and 18:00 (CET). If Acttiv makes changes between these intervals, the app will continue showing the last update received until the next scheduled refresh.
