What does this integration do?

STAY uses Adyen to enable hotels to charge guests and visitors directly during the checkout process in the app. Adyen processes every transaction securely and ensures a consistent, compliant payment experience for both guests and hotels.

This integration facilitates secure, real-time payments directly from the guest app, eliminating manual billing or in-person payment handling. It improves operational efficiency, reduces administrative workload, and offers a frictionless payment experience for guests.

How does the integration work?

By enabling the integration between STAY and Adyen, hotels can accept and manage in-app payments directly through their own Adyen account.

Each service within STAY, such as room service, spa treatments or cabana bookings, can be configured with the hotel’s preferred payment options. Guests complete the payment instantly inside the app using their preferred method, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets, without redirections or extra steps.

Payments are processed securely through Adyen’s Payments API, while payment status and confirmation are tracked via webhooks to keep Adyen and the STAY order system perfectly synchronized.
